Illumio has introduced a solution designed to provide agentless visibility and breach containment across both data center and cloud environments. This innovation allows for the ingestion of real-time telemetry and policy data from Check Point and Fortinet firewalls, which is then converted into real-time traffic maps. This process grants agentless visibility across hybrid environments, extending visibility into data center and endpoint estates.
Key Benefits and Features
By leveraging native firewall telemetry, Illumio Insights can map data center application traffic, identify high-risk pathways and policy gaps, and detect and contain lateral movement. This is achieved without the need to install any software or agents, accelerating visibility and time to value.
The benefits of this approach include unified visibility across cloud and on-premises environments, accelerated zero trust adoption and breach containment without disruption, and faster time to value by leveraging existing infrastructure.
