In an official statement, the Tata Group entity stated there is no evidence of compromise affecting customer data, client systems, or internal operational networks. The information under scrutiny is described as outdated, containing only basic employee details.

Security Measures and Response

The organization affirmed that its core infrastructure and client-facing systems remain secure, with preliminary internal assessments confirming no sensitive operational data or intellectual property was breached. According to the official communication, the alleged breach was claimed to have utilized password spraying and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) fatigue as primary methods. TCS denied the viability of these approaches against its network, highlighting that advanced security measures have been in place for over two years to counter credential-based attacks. Stock Market Reaction
