The Tel Aviv-based startup, founded in 2025 by Guy Kozliner, has developed a platform designed to mitigate identity-based vulnerabilities created by agentic AI systems. The funding was secured from Ten Eleven Ventures, Brightmind Partners, the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, and individual investors.

The Founder and His Vision

Kozliner, previously part of Wiz’s CTO team, leveraged his expertise in graph security to address challenges posed by AI agents that mimic human identities. Autonomous AI agents operate under the permissions of their creators, executing tasks with the same access levels as human users.

The Challenge of Autonomous AI Agents

This blurs the line between legitimate activity and malicious behavior, as traditional security tools like SIEM systems cannot distinguish between actions performed by humans and those executed by rogue agents. The inability to differentiate between the two creates a critical security gap, particularly when remediation requires disabling user accounts that may also block legitimate employees.

The Rig Platform: RICE and Bifrost

The Rig platform introduces two core components: RICE (Rig Identity Correlation Engine) and Bifrost (endpoint sensor). RICE employs machine learning and mathematical modeling to map identity relationships across cloud infrastructure, on-premises systems, and network endpoints with over 96% accuracy.

It constructs an identity dependencies graph to identify potential abuse paths in access permissions and trust relationships.

Bifrost: Endpoint Sensor

Bifrost acts as a lightweight endpoint sensor, monitoring identity behavior at the source to detect AI agent sessions and enforce policies. It blocks malicious actions without disrupting the human user whose identity the agent is exploiting.

Early Adopters and Future Plans

The solution provides identity security posture management (ISPM) and threat detection capabilities, including AI discovery, runtime policy enforcement, and non-human identity protection. Early adopters include Fortune 200 organizations in financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Kozliner emphasized that the platform aims to enable enterprises to adopt AI while maintaining control over underlying identities. The funding will support advancements in detection algorithms, expansion of the U.S. sales team, and partnerships. The company’s approach addresses a growing concern as AI agents increasingly operate with undetected privileges, exacerbating existing identity-based attack vectors.
