What is the c0c0n Security and Hacking Conference?

One of the oldest and most established cybersecurity events in India is c0c0n, a well-known security and hacking conference.  The Information Security Research Association (ISRA) and the Kerala Police are the main organizers of this public-private partnership project, with assistance from other government departments, academic institutions, and business associations.
