Nagomi Security Expands into Agent-Driven Exposure Elimination with Agentic Exposure Ops
Nagomi Security Expands Platform with Agentic Exposure Ops
Nagomi Security has expanded its platform to include Agentic Exposure Ops, a new capability that enables agent-driven exposure elimination. This development marks a significant evolution for the company, as it moves beyond mere exposure visibility to proactive remediation.
Traditional Exposure Management Challenges
Traditional exposure management programs often generate a high volume of findings, which can be overwhelming for security teams to validate and prioritize. This can lead to delays in addressing critical vulnerabilities, as teams struggle to coordinate across different systems and stakeholders.
Agentic Exposure Ops: A Closed-Loop Process
Agentic Exposure Ops aims to bridge this gap by creating a closed-loop process that detects, investigates, remediates, and verifies exposure.
According to Emanuel Salmona, CEO of Nagomi Security, “Findings don’t reduce risk; fixes do. However, most programs stall between detection and remediation because the coordination work is entirely manual. Agentic Exposure Ops puts agents on that work, so exposure moves from detected to resolved to verified without waiting on human handoffs.”
Market Pressure and Industry Trends
The launch of Agentic Exposure Ops comes at a time when security leaders are under increasing pressure to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) and reduce staff. Nagomi’s 2025 CISO Pressure Index found that 82% of CISOs are under pressure to reduce staff using AI, with 28% already operating under a formal mandate. At the same time, 58% of respondents reported incidents that their tools should have prevented.
Iain Paterson, CISO at WELL Health Technologies, noted that Nagomi’s platform has helped his organization turn exposure data into operational context for multiple teams. “The platform’s agents investigated the exposure, assessed compensating controls, evaluated asset criticality, and surfaced a clear verdict with tickets routed to the right teams,” he said. “The biggest shift for us was speed and alignment. Exposure is no longer a separate workflow from security operations; it’s becoming part of how we enrich detection, prioritize response, and verify that fixes actually hold.”
Benefits of Agentic Exposure Ops
With Agentic Exposure Ops, Nagomi Security aims to help organizations scale their exposure remediation efforts and reduce the manual workload associated with traditional exposure management programs. By leveraging AI-powered agents to drive the remediation process, security teams can focus on high-impact conditions and ensure that fixes are verified and hold over time.
