How Cyber Crime Victims Will Get Faster Help?
“Cyber crime victims will be able to get faster help within Madhya Pradesh via the latest facilities provided by regional outbound call centers!”
Madhya Pradesh victims of cybercrime won’t have to wait impatiently on the helpline at 1930 in the hopes that a telecaller will answer. A new agreement states that within five minutes of calling the helpline, victims who report fraud will now get a callback from regional outbound contact centers.
These centers have been established in five zones, each of which covers neighboring districts: Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, and Ujjain. Only 30% of victims were able to reach a tele-caller under the prior inbound method, and almost 70% of calls were deleted.
Police assert that the success rate has increased dramatically under the new system, which has been in place for a few weeks, reaching 60% of victims, with more progress anticipated.

| The outbound call centers are open twenty-four hours a day. To manage the calls, the callers have received extensive training. The victims receive assistance right away from the callers. The callers assist the victims in obtaining other crucial evidence and saving screenshots. |
The national cybercrime reporting helpline in MP receives 700–800 calls a day on average. They include a variety of cyber offenses, cyber scams, inquiries, and unexplained transactions.
