Surf AI Secures $57 Million in Funding for Agentic Security Operations Platform
A New York-based startup, Surf AI, has emerged from stealth mode with a $57 million investment to bolster its agentic security operations platform.
The funding round, led by Accel and joined by Cyberstarts and Boldstart Ventures, will fuel product development and hiring efforts. Surf AI’s platform is designed to integrate fragmented organizational data into a unified context graph, mapping assets, owners, permissions, and dependencies. This context graph enables the platform to prioritize risks based on business impact and facilitate remediation through goal-oriented workflows. The system leverages specialized AI agents to drive execution while maintaining human oversight and auditability.
The platform’s objective is to enable security teams to act continuously without the need for repeated handoffs or manual rework.

Surf AI was founded in 2024 by a group of Israeli cybersecurity veterans, including Grindlinger, Elad Horn, Roie Cohen Duwek, Avner Gideoni, and Brenton Gumucio. The company claims to be working with global organizations and Fortune 500 companies.
The Surf AI platform ingests signals from various tools, including identity, security, cloud, data, HR, and IT systems, to construct its context graph.
