Initial transactions involved rotating cash exchanges across dynamic public locations to avoid detection. Once buyers demonstrated credibility, interactions shifted to end-to-end encrypted voice calls on platforms like. Additional measures included controlled indoor cultivation of imported cannabis seeds, enabling the production of high-quality cannabis locally while minimizing exposure. This method allowed operators to maintain secrecy and ensure a consistent supply of premium products.
