iOS 27 beta 7 is Available Now: Apple Ran Tests on Major Siri AI Upgrade
As we all know, Apple is a big tech company that is famous for its product “iPhone” and its own operating system iOS, which gives updates for up to 5 to 7 years (including patches). We get excited each time an update pops up.
The 7th iOS 27 beta has been made available for developer testing by Apple. Ahead of its September public release, iOS 27 beta 7 continues Apple’s summer beta cycle. We’ll share our findings and update our gadgets.
What’s new in Apple’s seventh iOS 27 developer beta for testing?
On compatible iPhones, the seventh developer beta is currently accessible via the Settings app. Go to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and select the iOS 27 Developer Beta if you are a member of the Apple Developer Program.
The iOS 27 public beta 5 will probably replace today’s developer beta release. Next month, everyone will receive the final edition.
You should still be prepared for glitches, decreased battery life, problems with app compatibility, and other rough edges, as is always the case with beta software.
How is iOS 27 all about Siri AI?
One of Apple’s most AI-focused iPhone releases to date is iOS 27. Siri AI, Apple’s redesigned assistant driven by the upcoming generation of Apple Intelligence and new Apple Foundation Models, is the main update.
Richer discussions, deeper app activities throughout the system, on-screen awareness, personal context, and a wider understanding of the world are all brought about by Siri AI.

Along with a special Siri app for reviewing talks across devices, Siri AI on the iPhone also receives a new visual experience connected to the Dynamic Island.
A new Siri mode in the Camera app and enhancements to Camera Control on the iPhone are examples of Visual Intelligence’s addition to Siri.

Additionally, Apple Intelligence is growing across all apps. AI-powered enhancements for Photos, Safari, Passwords, Mail, Messages, Phone, Shortcuts, Home, and more are included in iOS 27. Certain features operate on-device, while others make use of Private Cloud Compute, as we discussed in our analysis of Apple’s new Foundation Models.
Additional iOS 27 Features & Changes
iOS 27 has several iPhone-specific improvements in addition to Siri and Apple Intelligence. Apple has improved the Liquid Glass design that was unveiled last year, adding a new Liquid Glass transparency slider to change how the system user interface appears.

Additionally, there are performance enhancements for AirDrop transfers, Wi-Fi-to-cellular transitions, camera launch in Low Power Mode, app launches, and photos loading.
Photo tags and star ratings, configurable slideshows, improved camera performance, continuous message sending, Dual Capture in FaceTime, personalized EQ for AirPods, more recovery options, simpler Apple Pay card swapping, and AI-generated wallpaper creation are just a few of the additional iPhone features.
We’re currently installing iOS 27 beta 7, and we’ll keep you informed of any significant updates. Meanwhile, you may read Apple’s keynote list to learn about all the new features in iOS 27.
